Lake Arrowhead has been host to an annual Craft Fair for 19 years and we extend an invitation to you. This is juried show and we reserve the right to assess each participation request in order to provide a quality line of homemade items to an estimated 2,000 viewers. Flea market, and manufactured items are not permitted.

Reservations
Your reservation is to be made with full payment as soon as possible. We have a total of 124 available spaces and reserve the right to limit the number of exhibitors in each category. Therefore, sellers will not be selected solely on a first-come-first-serve basis, but an early return may be to your advantage. Cancellations must be made four (4) weeks prior to the show date to receive a full refund.

The fee schedule detailed on the attached form will provide you with a 10’ x 10’ space. You are responsible for your own set-up. You may reserve a maximum of two (2) spaces. We will attempt to accommodate special requests for a specific space, however, no guarantee.

Show will not be canceled in case of inclement weather - rain or shine. 

Setup
Friday set-up is permitted by calling 715/325-2904 to request your assigned space number. We encourage those who can setup on Friday to do so. You are able to drive to your space on Friday that will assist with your setup. Set up will begin promptly at 6:30am. - You must be setup by 9:00am with NO TAKE-DOWNS prior to 3:00pm. Your tables must be draped to the ground to conceal any stored items. No chairs are provided. No driving to your space is permitted on Saturday. All crafters vehicles are to park in the designated exhibitor parking. If a canopy is used, you must secure to ground by cement blocks or other items other than stakes as the area is asphalted.

Advertising
Show advertising will be published in local and surrounding publications. We publish the show information in the Wisconsin Art & Crafts Directory and in the Midwest Arts Directory. Event flyers are posted at area merchants and on the community bulletin boards with news releases sent to the local radio and television stations for community broadcasting.
